Founding Partner Yas Banifatemi will chair, along with Domitille Baizeau, the GAR Live: Women in Arbitration 2023 conference.
The conference is designed as a platform to promote and celebrate the outstanding women practicing international arbitration. The event will be a unique opportunity for arbitration practitioners to hear a number of leading women in the field discuss topical questions of the international arbitration practice.
Topics for discussion will include arbitration in the context of increasing ESG obligations and trends and challenges in arbitration in the mining sector. The event will also include an intergenerational discussion on international arbitration and the secret of professional success, as well as a conversation with leading female specialists in the Middle East.
