Our founding partners Emmanuel Gaillard and Benjamin Siino, together with J William Rowley QC (as General Editor) and Gordon Kaiser, FCIArb, edited the second edition of The Guide to Challenging and Enforcing Arbitration Awards recently published by Global Arbitration Review.

The Guide is a practical know-how text covering both sides of the coin – challenging and enforcing – first at thematic level, and then country by country. Emmanuel Gaillard and Benjamin Siino also authored the chapter on “Enforcement under the New York Convention” (Chapter 9 attached).
