Benjamin Siino, founding partner of Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes, will be speaking at the upcoming conference on “Enforcement of Arbitral Awards: Universalism or Exceptionalism?” at Université Paris Cité. The conference, directed by Professor Caroline Kleiner, will take place on November 18, with the support of Sciences Po Paris and NYU.
Benjamin will contribute to the session on “Uniformity and Exceptionalism in the Application of the New York Convention”, where he will address the question: “The Scope of Application of the New York Convention: Are All Awards Enforceable?”.
