This work, which covers the entire spectrum of dispute management, led to the full dismissal of all claims (totaling approximately USD 4 billion) brought against our client in a string of precedent-setting awards on the English law of assignment and the application of the ICSID Convention.

We are also proud to have assisted Egypt and EGAS with two years of intensive negotiations leading to a global transaction which settles a long-standing dispute, increases EGAS’s gas liquefaction capabilities, and cements Egypt’s position as a regional gas hub.
