Founding Partner Mohamed Shelbaya will be discussing the latest developments in and practical obstacles to arbitration, together with Gary Born, Diego P. Fernández Arroyo, and Aisha Abdallah on a panel to be held in Doha on 20 November 2024 and moderated by Umar Azmeh.
Mohamed will focus on the impact of unilateral sanctions on international arbitration.
The panel is part of the 5th World Conference on International Arbitration, organized by the Qatar International Center for Conciliation & Arbitration (QICCA) in partnership with the UNCITRAL.
