Mohamed Shelbaya has been appointed by the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) to its Advisory Committee for the period 2024-2028.

The CRCICA Advisory Committee advises the Centre and its Secretary General on the consolidation of arbitral proceedings and the fees of members of arbitral tribunals. It also decides inter alia on the appointment of arbitrators, any challenges made to appointed arbitrators or their removal.
