Benjamin Siino was re-elected as a delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR for the term running from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2027.

In that capacity, he will contribute to ICC Disputes Resolution Services’ works, showcasing his thought leadership and providing guidance on practical and legal issues in the field of arbitration and ADR.

The commission examines major issues of practical concern to international arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution.

The members will meet twice yearly to discuss and approve proposed rules, reports and guidelines.
