Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes’ Counsel André Marini participated in the XVIII International Arbitration Conference in Rio De Janeiro. This year’s edition focused on the “Impossibility in International Arbitration.”

André Marini moderated a panel on “Court Intervention in Situations Where the Arbitral Tribunal Cannot Exert Its Own Jurisdiction”, which brought together James Hosking, Marie-Isabelle Delleur, Andrea Carlevaris and Leonardo de Campos Melo.

The Rio de Janeiro International Arbitration Conference has established itself as the largest international arbitration conference in Brazil, and for almost 20 years has brought together speakers from different nationalities and backgrounds.
