Founding Partner Mohamed Shelbaya participated in the first ICC Court Egypt Arbitration Day that was held in Cairo on 15 May 2024.

Mohamed moderated the panel “After the Deal, an Ordeal? Trends and Insight into Post M&A Arbitration” which brought together Lobna Khater, Dr. Hani Sarie-Eldin, Mona Zulficar and Dr Crina Baltag, FCIArb.

The panel provided a comprehensive examination of post-M&A arbitrations, focusing on their distinctive features, the industries in which they arise and ways to avoid them and/or to settle them.

Over 200 participants gathered for the sold-out inaugural ICC Court Egypt Arbitration Day – ICC Arbitration.
