An African petrochemical company on various claims raised in relation to the construction of defulsurization unit in a refinery.
An African NOC in the negotiation of the purchase of a majority stake in an oil services company, the reorganisation of the target company’s debts as well as the associated capital raise.
A European investor in an ICC arbitration in Paris against the Republic of Kosovo. The dispute arose from investments in petrol stations and petrol storage facilities. The claims were brought, inter alia, under the 2014 Kosovo Foreign Investment Law.
