At the 2022 GAR Awards, Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes received the award for the international arbitration practice that impressed the most.

Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes was also the only firm entering directly into the GAR 30 listing, being ranked at No. 14.

The 2022 GAR Awards ended on an emotional touch, with the GAR Lifetime Achievement Award given to late Professor Emmanuel Gaillard. The prize was accepted in his behalf by the cofounder of the firm, Dr. Yas Banifatemi.
