Mohamed Shelbaya, a founding partner of Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes, will participate in the LCIA symposium focusing on arbitration in the current environment, to be held in Abu Dhabi on October 3rd.
Mohamed Shelbaya will be moderating the session on “The impact of the Ukrainian crisis on arbitration in the UAE”.
The symposium will be held at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas on Saadiyat Island and will focus on “LCIA Arbitration in the UAE in the current environment”.
The event will include two interactive panel discussions. The first session will cover “The LCIA Rules – an instrument for navigating disputes during uncertain times” and the second session will cover “The Impact of the Ukrainian crisis on arbitration in the UAE”. Both local and international panellists will provide their perspectives and insights on current issues and developments in these areas.
